Soms hoor je een uitspraak voorbij komen of je leest het ergens, maar het blijft niet hangen. In de waan van de dag ga je door naar het volgende onderdeel en grote kans dat je een aantal activiteiten al tegelijkertijd doet, waardoor je aandacht er minder goed bij is (een podcast luisteren tijdens de afwas, een collega bellen tijdens het autorijden etc.). Wil je een bepaalde waarheid tot je onderbewuste laten doordringen, dan zul je het regelmatig moeten lezen, overdenken en uitspreken. Omdat het ontzettend belangrijk is te weten wie je bent in Christus, wat je van God hebt gekregen om jezelf te beschermen en terug te vechten, zodat je samen met Hem kunt overwinnen, heb ik deze kaartenset gemaakt!
Wat is het thema van de kaarten?
De kaartenset heet Warrior of God en ziet op waarheden die belangrijk zijn te doorgronden als het gaat over geestelijke strijd. Ik heb daarbij een onderverdeling gemaakt die te herkennen zijn aan de symbolen linksonder op de kaart, te weten:
- vingerafdruk: identiteit
- leeuw: autoriteit
- diamant: kracht
- zwaard: wapens
- vizier: focus
- schild: bescherming
- kruis: geloof
Waarom is het belangrijk deze waarheden te doorgronden?
Of je het op dit moment al realiseert of niet, maar je bent voortdurend in een oorlog verwikkeld. De strijd tussen goed en kwaad, het koninkrijk van het licht tegen de duisternis, God tegen de duivel. Als christen heb je een geestelijke wapenuitrusting gekregen van God (lees het bijbelboek Efeze hoofdstuk 6) om jezelf te beschermen tegen de aanvallen van de duisternis. Maar los daarvan, is het zo belangrijk te weten wie je bent in Christus en welke autoriteit je hebt.

Daarin zal ik niet alleen uitleggen waarom het belangrijke teksten zijn, maar ook welke boeken je erover kunt lezen, welke liederen je kunt zingen….van alles om een duidelijker beeld te krijgen hoe het doorwerkt in je leven op het moment dat je het gelooft.

Sometimes you hear or read something, but it doesn’t resonate with you. In the delusion of the day you move on to the next part and there is a good chance that you are already doing a number of activities at the same time, which causes you to be less attentive (listening to a podcast while doing the dishes, calling a colleague while driving, etc.). If you want a certain truth to penetrate your subconscious, you will have to read it regularly, think about it and speak it out. Because it’s incredibly important to know who you are in Christ, what you’ve been given by God to protect yourself and fight back so you can overcome with Him, I’ve created this set of cards!
What is the theme of the cards?
The set of cards is called Warrior of God and focuses on truths that are important to understand when it comes to spiritual warfare. I have made a subdivision that can be recognized by the symbols at the bottom left on the card, namely:

Why is it important to understand these truths?
Whether you realize it or not at this point, you are constantly engaged in a war. The battle between good and evil, the kingdom of light against darkness, God against the devil. As a Christian you have been given a spiritual armor from God (read the bible book of Ephesians chapter 6) to protect yourself against the attacks of the darkness. But apart from that, it is so important to know who you are in Christ and what authority you have.
